"Will it eliminate 100% of my spam?" Answer:
No. We will do our best to set up the filters to eliminate as much spam
as possible and we will periodically be updating them.

"Can it mark legitimate email as spam?" Answer:
Yes. That's why we will put the filtered messages in a separate SPAM folder
for your review. You should periodically check the SPAM folder for valid
messages.

"How does it work?" Answer: SpamZapper
scans all incoming and outgoing email for certain criteria set up by the
administrator in an attempt to filter out spam email. It scans subject
lines and header information in addition to other technical data associated
with each email message in order to determine if the message is spam. The
administrator can alter each of the criteria in order to fine tune the
system from time to time to meet changing conditions.

"How effective is it?" Answer:
Although your results may vary, we have found that SpamZapper accurately
identifies and eliminates over 95% of spam messages. Our test email
accounts that typically receive over 150 spam messages a day now only receive
4 or 5 spam messages a day.

"Will I lose any email because of SpamZapper?" Answer:
No. SpamZapper will put any email filtered as spam into a separate SPAM
folder for you to monitor. You can view filtered messages in your spam
folder by signing in on the SpamZapper
Home Page. From there you can delete spam messages or move legitimate
messages to your Inbox. This way if any email gets placed in the SPAM folder
by mistake, you can still retrieve them and not lose them. USA Choice will
automatically purge old messages in your spam folder periodically.

"How do I sign up for SpamZapper?" Answer:

"How much does it cost?" Answer: The
cost is $1.00 per month per non-commercial email account (if your email
address has "usachoice.net" or "usachoice.com" in it) and $2.00 per month
per commercial email account to be billed annually.

"Why do I have to pay for SpamZapper?" Answer:
We have to charge for SpamZapper because we have to manage and support
the service, much like the other services we provide. We continually monitor
the SpamZapper service to ensure that it is working as efficiently and
reliably as possible. If you stop and consider the amount of time you spend
per day dealing with unwanted email, we're sure you'll feel SpamZapper
is well worth the cost.

"Do I have to pay for SpamZapper separate from my internet bill?" Answer:
You will be billed annually in the month in which you signed up for SpamZapper.
If that coincides with your internet bill you can combine the payment.

"Can I charge SpamZapper on my credit card?" Answer:
If you pay your internet bill by credit card, your SpamZapper fee will
be charged to your credit card as well.
